Want to learn how to design and print for your own brand? or experiment with the tactile process of screen-printing?

Print Club Thursdays is a series of 4 workshops on Thursday evenings in the month of May. Where you will be introduced to the screen-printing process from start to finish. These workshops will teach you a good understanding of how to design specifically for screen-printing and how to set up a screen for a print run.

Additionally, you will be able to meet like minded people who all share an intrigue on the traditional process of screen printing.

These workshops are open to all people. To those who have no prior knowledge about screen-printing and want to learn. All the way to those who have dabbled in screen-printing or even have a professional understanding of the process.

Here’s a step by step of what will be taught throughout the 4 workshops:-

• Introduction and history of screen-printing

• How to design/alter artwork specifically for screen-printing

• Making positives

• Coating with emulsion and screen exposure

• Equipment set up

• Mixing inks and choosing garments/paper

• Printing!
