PREPARATION

Ready to use base for pigments. 

PRINTING

Extra Soft Base can be printed with screens up to 120 mesh (th/cm).

In order to obtain the best colour opacity and brightness, during printing, it is recommended to adjust the out of contact, the inclination and the pressure of the squeegee at their best.

For the best printing result it is suggested to use a 70/75 shores squeegee. 

CURING

To achieve the best washing resistance, it is necessary to cure this Extra Soft Base under the flash curer at 130-140°C for 2-3 minutes.

Tip; use a finer mesh screen to get a softer feel
