Mixing The Perfect Ink

Typical quantities for mixing screen printing ink are 50% printing medium and 50% acrylic paint.

Shake the pigments well before use.
Pigments should be added in certain percentage between 3% and 10 % according to different bases.
We suggest adding a percentage between 5% and 6% for the best result.

Your ink shouldn’t be too thin or too thick as it needs to smooth glide across the screen.
